Hello, we have two rooms available in our beautiful large shared house in Farsta! We have a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sauna, 2 spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, laundry room, a large balcony, a large terrace, garden, garage and parking. 5 minutes by bus to Pendeltågsstation or green line. Start date: One room is available from May and the other in July and both can be rented on a long-term basis. You should like to live with other people and be a non-smoker. I have a dog, she will love you, but unfortunately she does not like other dogs or cats at home. The rooms are very nice (last pictures), has a bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe. SEK 4000,- or SEK 5300,- /month + plus SEK 900 for all costs like electricity, heating, WiFi, etc. It is an official contract, no second hand and we rent out only to one person.
