As long as this ad is up, the room is available. The Room & Apartment The room is 12 sqm, light and airy, with a 90 cm bed. The apartment is a two-bedroom of 65 sqm, built in 2022. Wi-Fi, electricity, and hot water are all included in the rent. You pay the rent in advance every month and your rent is 5500kr. You have a TV and a chair in your room with apps and chromecast. Practical Details Please note that you cannot bring pets or furniture. In the room, there is one wardrobe (60 cm), and two storage boxes under the bed, a few drawers and shelf in another wardrobe in the same room as well as in the kitchen, and shelf in the bathroom to use. Suitcases (2 big) can be stored in your room above the wardrobes. About Me & The Lifestyle I am a 49-year-old Swede (young at heart) living by myself. No pets, no smoking. To keep the home a relaxing and recharging space, we both agree not to have guests over during your stay. I am flexible with move-in and move-out dates, and I'm open to both short-term and long-term stays—as long as we get along well. The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, washing machine, and most kitchen utilities. We will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
