A ROOM for ONE PERSON. A nice, quiet place. Short term rentals, max 4 months or shorter. The place is not for strong smells incl. from food and perfumes, due to some medical reasons. 15 min to the City. 10 min to the lake and groceries. A furnished room in a large apartment is for rentals incl. el, water, WiFi, access to a laundry, a kitchen, 1 of 2 bathrooms, 1 of 2 balconies with nice views. My home is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train station Farsta strand and in 7-9 min from the Metro Farsta strand. You reach Stockholm City in 15-20 min, Arlanda C Airport in 60 min, KTH or SU in 35-50 min. You find 4 groceries and 3 gyms in 5-15 min walk, 2 nice lakes in 10-20 min walk and beautiful forests for your walks just outside. It is important to match with ours to enjoy living in a shared place. When your habits and standards IN SOME WAY MATCH ours we would be happy to invite you for viewing. We are senior professionals and prefer to share the place with a considerate person who likes quietness, healthy food, relaxing music, to clean after ourselves and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home mostly for feeling good and for resting. We are going to bed about 23.00 and up from 7 am, later on weekends. Our place is NOT for smokers, intensive smells (due to allergies), cooking after 23.00, NOT for heavy streaming lovers and visitors with overnight. Why? You'll rent a part of our home.
